Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and seasonal recipe execution.
- Direct daily kitchen operations to ensure food safety, hygiene, and aesthetic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 20+ culinary professionals.
- Manage inventory, food cost controls, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability.
- Oversee strict quality control protocols for every dish leaving the pass.
- Drive continuous improvement in kitchen workflow and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to curate exclusive dining events and tastings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen environment.
- Proven track record in leadership and staff development.
- Exceptional knowledge of modern culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive under high-pressure scenarios.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
