Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring critical information is routed immediately.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior leadership.
- Oversee office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including team building and client meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., DMA, APM) is a plus.
