Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements with precision
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, budget tracking, and facility coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders
- Implement and refine administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate high-profile events and board meetings with flawless execution

Qualifications
