Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for administrative services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional reception.
- Assist in the organization of company events and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
