Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative menus aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP standards and operational excellence
- Manage food inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with F&B Director on concept development and marketing initiatives
- Oversee kitchen operations during peak seasons and special events
- Implement sustainable practices in sourcing and waste management
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years culinary experience with 3+ years in Executive Chef role
- Certification from accredited culinary institution preferred
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments
- Expertise in Asian fusion cuisine and international techniques
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
- Valid Singapore work permit required
