- Develop and execute seasonal menus highlighting local Florida ingredients
- Lead kitchen operations with emphasis on sustainability and cost control
- Mentor and develop culinary team through structured training programs

- Ensure impeccable presentation and consistency across all stations
- Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships
- Adhere to HACCP standards and maintain AAA health ratings
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ as Executive Chef
- Formal culinary degree from accredited institution
- Proven track record of award-winning menu development
- Strong financial acumen in food cost control and P&L management
- Expertise in sourcing sustainable, hyper-local ingredients
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of current food safety regulations (ServSafe certified)
