Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus highlighting Pacific Northwest ingredients
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with beverage team on wine pairings and special events
- Drive culinary R&D and maintain industry trend awareness
- Oversee kitchen budget optimization and waste reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in fine dining with 3+ as Executive Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution
- Proven expertise in Pacific Northwest cuisine and seasonal sourcing
- Strong leadership skills with team development track record
- Advanced knowledge of cost control and inventory management systems
- ServSafe certification and comprehensive food safety knowledge
