Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that align with our farm-to-table philosophy
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team for seamless service delivery
- Drive menu innovation and maintain culinary consistency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional culinary experience, with 3+ years as Executive Chef
- Formal culinary education from an accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of sustainable sourcing and local ingredients
- Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Expertise in French/Italian/Mediterranean cuisine
- Advanced knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP certified)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
