Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring premium local and international ingredients
- Lead kitchen operations including staff training, inventory management, and cost control
- Collaborate with beverage director to create complementary food-pairing experiences
- Maintain HACCP compliance and implement sustainable kitchen practices
- Drive culinary R&D and participate in industry events and collaborations
- Manage kitchen budgets, supplier relationships, and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in luxury F&B operations
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent international certification
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse kitchen teams
- Deep knowledge of Asian fusion and contemporary Western techniques
- Excellent financial acumen and menu engineering expertise
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
