Responsibilities
- Develop innovative seasonal menus aligned with local produce availability
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Oversee kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Collaborate with beverage director for harmonious food pairings
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Manage vendor relationships and sustainable sourcing practices
- Train staff on culinary techniques and presentation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience, 3+ as Executive Chef
- Formal culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship
- Proven expertise in farm-to-table and French techniques
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of wine region ingredients and sourcing
- ServSafe certification and food safety expertise
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure fine dining environment
