Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus aligned with culinary vision
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Oversee kitchen operations during peak service hours
- Collaborate with beverage director on wine pairings
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and sanitation standards
- Contribute to menu development based on market trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ as Executive Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or fine-dining establishments
- Expertise in farm-to-table sourcing and sustainable practices
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of cost control and inventory systems
- ServSafe certification and health compliance expertise
- Passion for mentoring emerging culinary talent
