Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury dining with 3+ years as Executive Chef
- Michelin-starred or equivalent fine dining experience required
- Certification in HACCP and advanced food safety management
- Proven track record of menu development and cost optimization
- Demonstrated expertise in Asian fusion and contemporary techniques
- Exceptional leadership skills with team management experience
