Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Lead kitchen staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and operational standards
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and supplier relationships
- Collaborate with FOH teams to enhance dining experiences
- Participate in concept development for new restaurant openings
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Executive Chef or Sous Chef in high-volume, fine dining establishments
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification
- Expert knowledge of sustainable sourcing and farm-to-table practices
- Proven ability to manage labor costs and food waste reduction
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of current food safety regulations (ServSafe certified)
