Responsibilities
- Design and execute seasonal menus featuring premium local ingredients
- Lead kitchen operations with strict adherence to HACCP standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Mentor junior chefs through structured training programs
- Collaborate with F&B director on concept development
- Ensure flawless execution of private events and banquets
- Drive sustainability initiatives in kitchen operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
- Advanced culinary degree or equivalent international certification
- Expert knowledge of Asian fusion and Western techniques
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Singapore Work Permit eligibility required
- Fluent English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
