Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring modern interpretations of regional specialties
- Lead kitchen operations including inventory management, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Mentor and develop a team of 15+ culinary professionals through structured training programs
- Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain impeccable food safety protocols
- Collaborate with beverage directors to create harmonious food-pairing experiences
- Oversee kitchen renovations and equipment upgrades during seasonal closures
- Represent the brand at culinary events and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in fine dining kitchens with 3+ years as Head Chef/Executive Chef
- Proven track record of achieving Michelin recognition or equivalent awards
- Advanced certification from Le Cordon Bleu or equivalent institution
- Deep expertise in Southeast Asian culinary techniques and ingredients
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and P&L management
