Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring hyper-local ingredients
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Manage food costs, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health/safety standards and HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with beverage director on wine pairings and cocktail integration
- Oversee private event catering and menu development
- Drive culinary innovation while maintaining operational excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Classical French training with contemporary farm-to-table expertise
- Proven track record of award-winning menu development
- Strong financial acumen in food cost management and P&L oversight
- Excellent leadership skills with team development experience
- ServSafe certification and advanced knowledge of allergen protocols
- Passion for sustainable sourcing and local partnerships
