Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as Head Chef in fine dining establishment
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification

- Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Cost control and menu engineering expertise
- ServSafe certification required
