Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal menus that showcase premium local ingredients and international influences
- Lead kitchen operations with emphasis on consistency, quality control, and cost efficiency
- Mentor and develop a team of 15+ culinary professionals through structured training programs
- Collaborate with F&B directors on concept development and brand alignment
- Implement rigorous hygiene and safety protocols exceeding industry standards
- Optimize purchasing, inventory, and waste reduction strategies
- Drive menu engineering to maximize profitability while maintaining culinary excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in fine dining kitchens, with 3+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or luxury hotel environments
- Advanced certification from renowned culinary institution
- Expertise in Asian fusion techniques and sourcing local suppliers
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional team leadership and talent development skills
- Fluency in English with working knowledge of Mandarin preferred
