Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal menus that balance creativity with profitability
- Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management and cost control
- Mentor and lead a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
- Collaborate with beverage team on food-pairing initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and sourcing of premium ingredients
- Drive continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency and presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in senior chef roles with 2+ years as Executive Chef
- Classical French training with modern Asian fusion expertise
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred establishments
- Certified in HACCP and advanced food safety protocols
- Exceptional leadership and staff development capabilities
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
