Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all culinary operations, ensuring top-tier food quality and presentation.
- Design innovative menus that reflect current trends while utilizing seasonal, local produce.
- Train, mentor, and develop a cohesive kitchen brigade to ensure high performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance).
- Monitor food costs, inventory usage, and waste to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Oversee the procurement of high-quality ingredients and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
