- Collaborate with beverage team for innovative food-pairing experiences
- Manage vendor relationships and sustainable sourcing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in fine dining with 3+ years as Executive Chef
- Michelin-starred restaurant experience preferred
- Advanced culinary certification from accredited institution
- Expertise in Asian fusion and modern European techniques
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
