Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Lead, train, and mentor 15+ kitchen staff across multiple outlets
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to maintain 30% food cost
- Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain 5-star hygiene standards
- Collaborate with F&B Director on concept development and menu engineering
- Oversee kitchen renovations and equipment upgrades
- Represent the brand at culinary events and media partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ years as Executive/Sous Chef
- Formal culinary certification from accredited institution
- Proven track record in Asian-fusion or fine dining concepts
- Advanced knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cost control systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and presentation
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Valid Singapore work permit and health certification
