Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff through daily operations and training
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP) and hygiene protocols
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and optimize procurement processes
- Collaborate with F&B team to create cohesive dining experiences
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections and implement improvement initiatives
- Oversee special event catering and banquet execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as Head Chef/Executive Chef in fine dining or luxury hotel environment
- Professional culinary certification from accredited institution
- Deep knowledge of Asian and international cuisines
- Proven expertise in menu engineering and cost management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required (work visa sponsorship unavailable)
