Responsibilities
- Design and execute seasonal menus that align with our farm-to-table philosophy
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain impeccable sanitation standards
- Collaborate with beverage director for wine pairings and cocktail integration
- Oversee kitchen operations during peak service hours
- Develop staff training programs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Executive Sous Chef or higher in fine dining establishments
- Classically trained with advanced culinary degree preferred
