Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus aligned with culinary vision and market trends
- Lead kitchen operations including inventory management, cost control, and supplier relations
- Mentor and train culinary staff to maintain excellence in technique and presentation
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with F&B director on concept development and guest experience design
- Oversee kitchen budgeting and financial performance metrics
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in fine dining with 3+ years as Executive/Sous Chef role
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or AAA Five-Diamond establishments
- Advanced culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Expertise in molecular gastronomy and modern Asian fusion techniques
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Fluent in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean culinary landscape and sourcing networks
