- Ensure HACCP compliance and implement continuous improvement systems
- Mentor junior chefs through structured development programs
- Oversee inventory control and supplier relationship management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in Michelin-starred establishments
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent international certification
- Proven expertise in molecular gastronomy and modern Asian techniques
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and P&L management
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- ServSafe and HACCP certifications mandatory
