Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings and board sessions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal teams, as well as external clients and partners.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

Qualifications
