Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare comprehensive agendas and briefing materials for executive meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications to prioritize the CEO's time effectively.

Qualifications:
