Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and corporate hospitality.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Proven track record of managing calendars for C-level executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
