Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel with precision.
- Executive Support: Draft high-level correspondence, prepare presentations, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide projects, tracking milestones and reporting progress to management.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance to ensure a smooth working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
