Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, agendas, and take accurate minutes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Screen and filter incoming communications to prioritize urgent matters.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager (minimum 3-5 years).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
