Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a focus on precision and brand consistency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications effectively.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails to ensure critical issues are addressed immediately.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and managing office logistics and supply requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred.
