Responsibilities

- Prepare and edit correspondence, including reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Assist in the preparation of board packets, minutes, and meeting documentation.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an executive administration or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
