Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, meeting agendas, and minutes for executive board meetings.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and financial reporting with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
- Digitize and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- A valid UK work visa sponsorship is required for this role.
