Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate complex appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and internal documents with high attention to detail.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Office Operations: Assist in the organization of company events, managing office supplies, and overseeing basic facilities requirements.
- Project Support: Assist project managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling resources and tracking deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role (minimum 2 years).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
