Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for senior executives.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail, ensuring a professional standard.
- Coordinate office logistics, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense reporting, and financial data entry using advanced Excel skills.
- Organize corporate events, internal meetings, and client entertainment to enhance company culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Business Administration is a plus.
