Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional emails, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Office Management: Maintain office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Event Planning: Organize internal company events, client meetings, and team building activities.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal departments or external clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
