- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and internal communications.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in the organization of company events, conferences, and team building activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
