Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and travel coordination for C-suite leadership
- Oversee confidential documentation, board materials, and strategic initiatives
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as central communication hub
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for operational efficiency
- Lead onboarding programs and mentor junior administrative staff
- Prepare executive presentations and maintain corporate governance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
