- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite and Asana
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
