Core Responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritize a demanding calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and complex travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal reports.
- Screen and route incoming communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate high-level events, off-site meetings, and client entertainment.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and general administrative operations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial data analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Administrator or Office Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to exercise high levels of confidentiality and judgment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
