Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budgeting, expense reporting, and vendor relationship management
- Lead cross-functional projects including process optimization initiatives and onboarding programs
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement confidential records management systems ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools
- Professional certification (CAP, CPS, or equivalent) preferred
