Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal memos with exceptional attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take minutes, and distribute comprehensive action items to relevant parties.
- Oversee office operations, manage vendor relationships, and assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required by senior management, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
