Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meetings with precision
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Oversee office operations including procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office skills
- Lead cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives
- Onboard new administrative staff and maintain departmental documentation systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing budgets and procurement processes
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP, CPOS) preferred
