Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations to ensure clear information flow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, client meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases to support efficient office operations.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IAAP) are a plus.
