Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Coordinate board meetings, stakeholder communications, and corporate governance documentation
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, budget tracking, and facility maintenance
- Develop/implement administrative systems to enhance team efficiency and compliance
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and interns
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and confidential briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict confidentiality
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
- Experience in financial services or corporate governance highly desirable
