Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and preparing agendas.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and managing correspondence with professionalism.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of company-wide projects, preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for board meetings.
- Document Control: Oversee the management of confidential documents, filing systems, and digital databases to ensure information integrity.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general facilities to maintain a productive working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative role.
- Education: A high school diploma is required; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
