Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
- Streamline administrative workflows and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency advantageous)
- Proven experience managing executive schedules and complex travel arrangements
