Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Screen and direct incoming communications with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with precision and attention to detail.
- Oversee daily office administration, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and assist in the planning of company-wide events.
- Handle confidential documentation and process financial reimbursements accurately and timely.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
- Relevant degree or professional certification (e.g., CAP, ACCA) is a distinct advantage.
