Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing materials for senior executives.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and supply procurement.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering information and escalating urgent matters promptly.
- Project Administration: Support ad-hoc projects, manage document control systems, and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Event Coordination: Organize corporate events, board meetings, and client receptions, ensuring flawless execution.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in executive administration or office management within a corporate environment.
